We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access if these terms are violated.

2. Products & Availability

Pencil Case sells stationery and office supplies, including but not limited to notebooks, pens, and office accessories. Products are subject to the following conditions:

  • All products are subject to availability
  • We may limit quantities per order
  • Product descriptions, images, and availability may be updated or discontinued at any time without prior notice

3. Pricing

Pricing information is provided under the following terms:

  • All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP)
  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice
  • Any applicable taxes or additional fees will be clearly shown during checkout

4. Payment

Payment processing is subject to the following rules:

  • Payments are accepted via Visa cards through Paymob
  • By completing a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method
  • We do not store or have access to your card details
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is declined, the order will not be processed.

5. Order Confirmation

Once payment is successfully completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Stock unavailability
  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are subject to the following terms:

  • Delivery is available within Egypt only
  • Estimated delivery time: 3- 5 business days
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed before checkout

Pencil Case is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier companies or incorrect address details provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by the following conditions:

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items
  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order
  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics, is the property of Pencil Case and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pencil Case shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the website or purchased products.
